Frequently Asked Questions
How can I give the documents for translation?
Usually, I only need scans or good-quality photos for translation.
Please send them to me by e-mail, in WhatsApp or Telegram, on Facebook, or by a regular text message.
How can I pay for translation?

You can pay cash when we meet, or via the bank transfer "Interac" to my e-mail or to my phone number. I will provide the invoice if you require it.
Where will I be able to pick up the translation?
You can pick it up close to Yonge & Davisville in mid-town Toronto. Please always let me know in advance before you head out. Alternatively, I can send translations to you by Canada Post, free of charge – in this case, I will need your postal address. I can also send them by Xpresspost (with a tracking number), Priority Mail, DHL, UPS, or FedEx, in this case, you will need to reimburse me for whatever it costs.
Do you stamp your translations?
Yes, I certify all my translations with a wet signature and red stamp. Here is an example of how it looks like: download the example.
If you need a notarized certification of my translation, that will be an extra $50 per document.
Can you provide certified copies of documents?
In Canada, only public notaries and commissioners of oaths can certify copies of documents. I can visit a public notary on your behalf; that will be $50 per document. In my translation package, I include the copy of the document that I translate from, here is the example: download the example.
