If you need hard copies of your translations,

here’s how you can get them:

Pick up from my office
You can pick up the hard copies of your translations from my office only AFTER I confirm that they are ready.

This service is free of charge for you.

I will leave the documents in an envelope with your name in a box at the entrance. You can pick them up at any time, 24/7.

Please DO NOT come without my confirmation.
I will provide the exact address if you choose this option to receive hard copies.
Delivery by regular mail
I can send the hard copies via regular mail through Canada Post (in an envelope with postage stamps).

I cover all expenses related to packaging: paper, ink, staples, envelopes, and boxes, if needed.

For regular mail within Canada, I also cover the cost of postage. This type of mailing is free for the client.

For regular mail to another country, I charge the actual shipping cost based on postal rates, plus a fixed handling and processing fee of $20 CAD. The total amount will be communicated to you once confirmed, and I will kindly ask you to reimburse it.

NO tracking number will be provided, meaning the letter could get lost, and it would not be possible to locate it.

Canada Post DOES NOT guarantee any delivery time for regular mail. Usually, based on experience, delivery within Canada usually takes 1 to 2 weeks, and longer for international destinations. However, I cannot guarantee exact timeframes.

Mail delivery practices may vary depending on your address and country. In Canada, letters to private homes may be delivered to a mailbox on the front of the house or left at the door. In some areas, community mailboxes located on the street are used. In apartment buildings, there is usually a designated person responsible for distributing the mail.
I recommend checking with your local post office in advance to find out exactly how mail is delivered to your address.

✍️ I will need the full name of the recipient, phone number and complete mailing address of the recipient, including postal code and apartment number.
Delivery via Xpresspost courier (Recommended!)
I can send the hard copies using Xpresspost from Canada Post.

Within Canada, I charge $25 + tax = $28.25 CAD for this service.

The post typically delivers such letters within 2–3 business days, depending on the destination.

For international deliveries, I charge the actual amount charged by the postal service. I will inform you of the cost once it is determined and ask for reimbursement.

A tracking number will be provided, allowing you to check the location of your shipment and its estimated delivery time on the website.

✍️ I will need the full name of the recipient, phone number and complete mailing address of the recipient, including postal code and apartment number.
If you prefer that postal staff deliver the letter exclusively to you in person after verifying your identification, please inform me BEFORE the shipment is processed. This additional service, “Signature,” costs $2 + tax.
Delivery via Priority Mail
I can send the hard copies via Priority Mail from Canada Post, which is their fastest (and most expensive) option.

The postal service typically delivers such letters within Canada on the next business day.

I charge the actual amount charged by the postal service for this option. I will inform you of the cost once it is determined and ask for reimbursement.

A tracking number will be provided, allowing you to check the location of your shipment and its estimated delivery time on the website.

Delivery via Sendle
I also offer delivery of printed copies of translations within Canada through the courier service Sendle.

This service allows bypassing the Canada Post delivery network and remains available even in the event of a Canada Post strike.

❗️Within Canada, Sendle does NOT deliver to airports, PO boxes, Post Offices, or domestic military and diplomatic addresses. Sendle also does NOT deliver to international addresses, except for the U.S.

✍️ To arrange the delivery, I’ll need the following information:

Delivery via Chit Chats
(Recommended!)
I also offer delivery of printed copies of translations within Canada through the courier service Chit Chats, using their Chit Chats Select option.

+ This option allows bypassing the Canada Post delivery network and remains available even in the event of a Canada Post strike.

❗️Chit Chats Select has coverage limitations — not all addresses are eligible for courier delivery. I can verify any restrictions for your address once the shipping label is being prepared. If delivery to your address is not possible, I will offer alternatives, such as Xpresspost, at the same cost.

❗️Within Canada, Chit Chats Select does NOT deliver to PO boxes, rural “RR” or “LCD” addresses, or to Newfoundland and Labrador, the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon.

Delivery with Uber/Lyft driver
I can arrange for an Uber / Lyft driver to deliver your envelope to you.

This is the fastest delivery method, but it will only be convenient for those who live within 100km of me, in the Greater Toronto Area.

I charge as much as these companies will charge me, plus a $20 CAD handling fee for my time in preparing and sending the package.

I will inform you of the actual cost and ask you to prepay for this amount. After shipment, if the final amount is higher, I will ask you to pay the difference.

✍️ I will need the full name of the recipient, phone number and complete mailing address of the recipient, including postal code and apartment number.
Delivery via UPS, FedEx, Purolator
I can send hard copies of the translations using other courier services: UPS, FedEx, Purolator. These services are more expensive than Xpresspost.

I charge the actual amount charged by these companies, plus $20 CAD as compensation for my time spent preparing the shipping labels and travelling to their offices.

The exact shipping cost can only be determined at the time of shipping label creation, as prices change daily. Therefore, only an estimated shipping cost is available in advance, and this estimated cost will be used as the prepayment amount.

Prepayment for UPS shipping is $64 ($44 is the average shipping cost within Canada, and $20 is the cost of my services for preparing the label).

Prepayment for FedEx shipping is $90 ($70 is the average shipping cost within Canada, and $20 is the cost of my services for preparing the label).

Prepayment for Purolator shipping is $88 ($68 is the average shipping cost within Canada, and $20 is the cost of my services for preparing the label).

If the actual shipping cost exceeds the prepayment amount, I will request additional payment to cover the difference.

A tracking number will be provided, allowing you to check the location of your shipment and its estimated delivery time on the website.
Tracking Websites: UPS, FedEx, Purolator.

✍️ I will need the full name of the recipient, phone number and complete mailing address of the recipient, including postal code and apartment number.

Any client who requests my document delivery services agrees to the following terms:
  1. The client is responsible for providing a complete and accurate mailing address, including apartment/unit number, postal code, etc.
  2. I am not an employee of any postal or courier service and, therefore, I am not responsible for their actions or inactions. All responsibility for delivery lies with the respective postal or courier companies. Delivery services are offered “as is”, strictly as a courtesy and in addition to my translation services. I have no ability to influence decisions made by these third-party services.
  4. If a shipment is returned to me for any reason and I am billed for the return by the courier, the client agrees to fully reimburse me for those charges if the return occurred due to the client’s error (e.g., incomplete or incorrect address, missing apartment number, change of address, failure to pick up the item from a pickup point, etc.).
  5. If regular mail is returned to me due to a client error (e.g., an incomplete or incorrect address, or a move), I charge $5 + tax = $5.65 CAD for reshipping by regular mail within Canada.
  6. If delivery is redirected or if the courier company applies additional fees after the shipping label has been created (e.g., for redirection, pickup, residential delivery, remote area delivery, second attempt, etc.), the client agrees to fully reimburse me for those additional costs.
  7. If the client wishes to file an insurance claim for a lost or damaged shipment, it must be done directly with the courier service. The client is responsible for completing the entire claim process independently.
  8. At the client's request, I can include additional notes on the envelope (e.g., “Please call this phone number…”, “Buzzer code…”, “Leave at reception”, etc.). However, I cannot guarantee that the courier will follow these instructions and I am not responsible if they are not followed.
  9. If a shipment is returned to me for any reason and the client does not respond to my inquiry about how to proceed, the documents will be securely destroyed after 30 calendar days in order to protect client confidentiality.
  10. The client must report any delivery issues or non-receipt within 10 calendar days of the actual or expected delivery date. No claims will be accepted after this period.
  11. By placing or confirming a delivery service request through me, the client confirms full understanding and acceptance of the above terms.
