I usually need high-quality scans or images for translation. Kindly submit them to me through email (igor@isaev.ca), WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, or text message. You may also deliver them to my office in person.
If needed, I may have the translations notarized for an extra fee.

Here is the most complete guide on apostilling Canadian documents for use in other countries. It includes several samples, photos, descriptions, and illustrations of apostilles. I tried everything on hundreds of Canadian clients.
The Canadian Ministry of Immigration's official website indicates:
A translation must be consistent over time and valid indefinitely, unless the source document is updated or expires. The expiration of a certified translator's or notary's signature does not render the translation invalid. If the translator's certification was valid at the time of signing, the translation is still valid.
A new translation will be necessary only if the original document has expired or has been changed and the applicant submits a new one.
