I am a certified member of all Canadian associations of translators — translations made by me and my team will be accepted everywhere in Canada and abroad
Converting audio or video recordings into text without translations, time-stamped translations, subtitle creation and translation, and embedding subtitles into videos
Price also depends on the required certification (stamps, etc.)
If the translation is not accepted, I will refund
If the authority to where you are submitting our translations declines them, I will fully reimburse you. (This has never happened.)

Certified translator A certified translator is a member in good standing of a professional translation association in Canada or abroad. Their certification must be confirmed by a seal or stamp that shows the translator's membership number.
One of my stamps is above, before the text.
Usually, I just need scans or good-quality photos for translation. Send them to me at igor@isaev.ca, on WhatsApp or Telegram, on Facebook or by regular text message. You can also bring them to my office in person.
Yes, we certify all translations with the hand-written signature and the red stamp of the certified translator. Example of how it looks like
If required, I can get my translations notarized for an extra cost.
In Canada, only public notaries have the legal right to certify copies as true to the originals. I can visit a notary with your original documents and certify copies on your behalf (for a separate fee). I include a copy of the original document in my translation package. Example of the package
Yes, I will be happy to help you with the apostille, authentication, and legalization of your documents on a turnkey basis, please e-mail for details to igor@isaev.ca.
The most complete guide on the apostille of Canadian documents for other countries is here. It has a lot of examples, pictures, explanations, and images of the apostilles. Everything has been personally tested by me on hundreds of clients in Canada.
According to the official website of the Canadian Ministry of Immigration:
Expiry of translated documents A translation cannot change over time and should be valid indefinitely unless the original document has changed or has expired. If the signature of a certified translator or notary has expired, it does not invalidate the translation. As long as the translator's certification was valid at the time of signature, the translation remains valid. The only time the translation would expire and a new translation would be required is if the original document has expired or has changed and the applicant submits a new document.
